Beginning with eyes meeting and shedding all doubt. The shadows of a night arrested our bodies as we fell to a new place in love. Mundane demands to take care of bags in car seatbelt felt like we were snuggling into our own private heaven session. Watching the lights the drivers wondering at shyness as our hands fell comfortable into each others and eyes rested on all the parts we had longed with our souls to see standing before us. The hardest decision was whether to get food and settle into an all night restuarant or surround ourselves with the solitude of each other. Distance is the prison for our bodies, but no prison could weaken our passion. [This message has been edited by TwoHeartsOnePen (07-04-2002 01:29 AM).] |

I'd take the solitude after the restaurant....Just kidding.. This wanders through your thoughts so nicely opening up poetic doors to view your feeling through images. Nice writing! |

This sounds like reality...a lot of poems describing meeting, are just that - describing it - I feel like I'm there with you. (look under the seat for PdV!) |

yes, I'm going to agree with deVine on this one. . . you take the reader there. . . and, I would have went for food first. . . great work. . . --------------------------------------------------------- To the world, you may only be one person. But to one person, you may be the world. |

But this is food. In many ways. |
