His hands may hold the healing touch the cure which women seek so much. His heart may teach theirs how to beat He makes the EKG's complete. He diagnoses all the needs that women have, he stops their bleed. Makes happy those who once were sad He shows them love they never had. He knows whatever causes ills alleviates it with his pills- those made of golden words and hands He makes them think he understands. Yes, Doctor Love sells happiness but now he's sued for malpractice. |

catalinamoon, wow...I always enjoy anything you write, and this is no exception. Chris Life is not measured by breaths you take, but by moments that take your breath away. |

catalinamoon, not sure where the most of darkness is, in a bad doctor or the lawyer. But there is one doctor who can heal both men and women. And He still Heals, today. I know. My open heart was botched 31 years ago and the doctors said to pray for me to die. Well, my family prayed but for healing and it worked! And so I'm still around harassing doctors and others to look for pure healing and prevention, not symptom dumbing. Thanks for sharing your fine poem. -Silver Streak Sharing God's Love through |

An interesting subject,Sandra...and very well written. I remember back in the seventies, Neil Diamond used to sing a song called "Dr. Love's Salvation Show" It was about a faith healer.....but it sounds like your subject has some very different ideas. copyright2001 Lyra Nesius |

*giggling wickedly*I think I will just look for cupid...do you think he can do a better job than Doctor Love? With Valentine's Day quickly approaching I am hoping to at least find a little love....Santa didn't come through maybe cupid will here's hoping for us both, Sandra. **big hugs** Love I leave with you whether it is in your life now or yet the essense of your dreams. |

I was thinking of a certain man who professed to have such qualities, and turned out to be a fraud. Thus the malpractice suit. Thanks for reading.. Sandra |

Hi Sweetie, This is a good way to look at the Doc's bad deeds! I've thought about you alot of late and desided that was some of the best days I have had in so very long and want more of them, but no DOC just two happy sisters ya? Love, Cerenity |

What a great write Sandra, as this happens far to often and serves as a good warning. There was a mentally challenged young girl here whose parents sued the doctor for being a "doctor love" and it sickens me. She was not the first, but is the last! It is informative writing like this that helps community awareness. Good job! ~*~ Carpe' Diem ~*~ |

Personally, I'd be wondering about his bedside manner. A new look at the good Doctor, maybe I'll make my appointments elsewhere. What light through yon window breaks? It is the east, and Juliet is the sun. |

I love it! Sandra you have penned an almost perfect piece! I don't know how you'd make it any better, so I'll say, in my mind, it IS perfect. How did you find my other alias, huh? Love, Doc Fool, said my Muse to me, look in thy heart and write. [This message has been edited by Interloper (01-10-2002 02:24 PM).] |
