Ellie, I was reading a comment, and I saw you said, "peace beyond all understanding." That just clicked, and you inspired me. Thank you!

There is a peace beyond all understanding
When you feel the love of God within you
A peace that can't compare with anything else
No wordly comfort can measure to God's peace

It is the most complete peace one can ever dream
It is an undeniable peace from above
A peace that washes over you as the waves
Rest for a wary soul utterly complete

It is the touch of a loving God who cares
It is the warmth of His total understanding
It is the patience He has to wait upon us
It is the whole of God reaching down to touch us

I remeber the time, you told me to ask him to release the burden that was upon my shoulders, Rem? well I'll never forget it, because the peace and love and warmth I felt after praying and asking for his help was like unbelievable

Oh, Becky; I am awe struck at the beauty of His Grace you have captured here! I feel so honored that I had a little part in it as well! His Peace is one of the greatest gifts he has given to me in this time of trial I am experiencing. Thank you, my dear friend, for the gift of you poem. Ellie, I have to thank you! I've so uninspired for such a long time, it became very frustrating. Yes, I did hear the good news! That's fantastic!! I'd like to get out to Florida and meet Shannon someday. Hopefully sooner than later!
