RAINBOW AFTER THE STORM

Your walking through a storm
does your umbrella cover you
the clouds are dark and the lightnings flashing
help me Jesus what am I to do?

The raindrops turn to teardrops
as the storm grows in my life
the winds are howling the night is dark
I need your help hear me Christ

The trees are bending backwards
a raging flood in my life I see
I am tired,broken and worn down
Jesus please help me

Child sweet child
fear not for I hear your cry
you know that I will protect you
now and forever even after you die

The storm that you fear shall pass on
to become a beautiful rainbow
so don't be afraid of the journey
for I am here with you don't you know

Thank you Jesus for through your love
my frightful storm has passed
you held my hand you kept me near
till all my fear was gone at last

So let me tell you people
about the rainbow after the storm
and the love,trust,faith and endurance Jesus gave
when I was beside myself and worn

The colors of the rainbow
are what he gave to me
Yellow:his undying friendship
was what I could see

Blue: His guidence to carry me
Gold: His paitence to allow me to let it be
Purple: brought me a calming peace
Red: the blood assurance from calvary

Never again will a storm come in my life
that will make me fear or shake
for Jesus showed me through his love
that me His child He will never forsake

So when you see a rainbow next time
know a storm someone has gone through
and take a moment and thank Jesus
for that someone could have been you
