I was curious as to why there is a word filter in the Adult forums. Is there anyway to rid of it? It seems ridiculous to have one in that selected area. Just wondering... ~Beth |

look, beth, if people were able to use any frigging language they wanted and "adults" were distinguished between someone over a certain age and someone under a certain age and if somebody could write trash without using any words which are offensive anyway and if everybody just got down on their needs and begged for the remedy which appears to be before them but is clearly not and if all people wrote poems about pigs frying in auschwitz and if everybody in the world understood the references to eve in disguise if you remember that one but maybe you don't.. but anyway, IF and only all of these IF's came into play, well then? then, i'd say... **** the asterisks.... let's just type whatever we want and we don't need a moderated board... but as it is... there are people that use words in a detrimental way to others and i think that there's been a decision on these boards for the webmaster, er, ron, to have some control over that, just in case, and even in Adult, everything could go awry because everything already has for me from time to time and i AM an adult... and listen... i TOLD everybody here i'd gone nuts but nobody believed me and so i'll just fluxuate between love, angst, and insanity and happen in on the discussion forums from time to time to support the use of asterisks, if need be, but that's not at ALL saying i believe in being silenced... peace, my friend... light a candle for me and put me on the burner.... i'm ablaze wondering if anybody thinks this makes sense, including me, but *shrug*.. hey!!! i SAID i'd gone insane.... one day someone will believe my words... until then? ((((hug)))) peace love and understanding and say hello to the instigator from #2 over here... |

Doreen! You wrote about Pig Frying? You FREAK! If makes you feel any better I DO think you're insane, cause I've been there on the edge of a mental breakdown (sometimes with my feet dangling over) and I tell people "Hi you don't want anything to do with me cause I step on emotional toes (and sometimes I use a corkscrew!!!)) and they laugh or say "No, no..." and don't believe it and it makes me want to go CRAZY! But not really cause I've been there and it's kind of like deciding between the boiling beach and the friggin’ ice cold ocean and maybe if I just asterisked out my thoughts everything would be okay because everyone thinks pigs spitted are disgusting (even if you cook them under alter egos (hint hint winkie winkie LOL!!!) and maybe you should tell people beforehand to asterisk out mentioning the animals so as not to look like an idiot cuz people might think you have an identity crisis or something, and might mistake you for crazy, which is almost worse than believing you’re NOT crazy in the way you really are, and well, Hey, would you like some bacon, cause I’m *asterisks* hungry? ROFL!!!moi? an identity crisis? well, ms. elizabeth, i'm just ME! er... we all are... i mean, all of the mes inside of me are just me... so? what's this have to do with pigs anyway? what? we weren't talking about pigs? what WERE we talking about? oh yeah. asterisks and insanity. WOW! that's really a pretty cool title, maybe i'll write it. but i gotta pull my feet back up first because they're still dangling and i swear, i've told myself over and over not to have any dangling participles because they are, after all, just words having the characteristics of both verb and adjective, having the function of an adjective and at the same time showing such verbal features as tense and voice and capacity to take an object from sane to insane within moments of logging in. so NOW do you believe i'm NUTS? LOL well, maybe i'll burn for not being the same as everyone else...y'know?.... aw shwitz! might as well! (see, no asterisks...!) hehe oh... and watch, i'll make my face disappear... i'm like a timex! takes a lickin' and keeps on tickin'!
