The Poet Days
These are the days gifted to the poet, days that conjure words and everyone will know it, plant the inspiration we will watch you grow it
swollen with sunshine, wildflower picking, the cool breeze muffles the clock tock ticking, dewy morning grass on bare feet sticking
days of perfect weather, nights of love and harmony, how the words just come together, "Poet, share what you see!"
The poet days...gifted, free- I'm blessed that your gift is given to me.

You know, I think one should never post a pastoral picture with a poem, `cause the words can never match the beauty,
it`s like this poetry program, a woman was reading poetry aloud in the nature, and the river was singing beneath her feet,
and made her words ugly and superfluous...

yes, those are the best writing moments along with those not so beautiful...but that is the poet's fate and gift. a sweet way to start my morning.

This is so very lovely. Once again, your spirit shines through gloriously. Always a joy to read the world through your words.
