Sometimes the world seems like a wave of endless dreams draped over a window of opportunity unrealized by the frame of our own indecision drifting on the sands of a wind too weak to contain and too strong to release as the angels of destiny fail to find meaning in the futility of sadness that darkens night into bright sunlight an eclipse of fever that rides across the heavens painting misery on the very souls it has come to protect as I stand in the nothingness that supports me through fire and rain laughing beside myself disconnected from reality as the dreams I dwell in slowly fade away here I sit where the mysteries of life and death are made plain before me yet the sight alone blinds me and steals my voice so that I may never describe the insignificance that we so richly deserve and fail to achieve I keep wondering why this really even matters as if understanding were a virtue given to all who drink from the fountain of life that no one can reach yet we pass away our time with trivial matters that mean the world to no one and mean everything to those who never see its effect on their lives and never say thank you |

as I stand in the nothingness that supports me through fire and rain laughing beside myself disconnected from reality as the dreams I dwell in slowly fade away here I sit where the mysteries of life and death are made plain before me yet the sight alone blinds me and steals my voice so that I may never describe the insignificance that we so richly deserve and fail to achieve awesome!!!!!!!!! really really loved this |

When you return from Iraq, soldier man, you deserve a mighty big show of appreciation and a "THANK YOU" that could be heard on planet Mars! You are probably feeling "disconnected from reality" so that you can have at least a modicum of peace in that war-torn land. Your dreams do not fall on deaf ears as it may seem. Keep the faith, do your duty, and then come home to the land of plenty where dreams do come true. I have been thinking of you and all of your comrades. I continue to pray for the safe return of all. You may be out of sight, but you are not out of mind. THANK YOU Love, Peace, Harmony & Gratitude, EA |
