Excuse this futile attempt at something poetic... Stars loom silently in the Cool air of night, bracing For the crash of dawn….a Dawn of silence and fallen Crests…a dawn of deepening Thoughts and timeless jests… A dawn conspired from molten Hearts and long departs. From Falling clouds of comet’s dust And meteoric falls till now or bust. From heartfelt sighs and blue green Eyes…and smiles that one might Recognize….From stews that steam And smell so swell and dreams that One may never tell. Pass the sugar Please, dawn is Waiting for the old porch swing To creak and everyone went to Bed early…. and the band plays on. |

FUTILE ATTEMPT????? Barry, you never ever write anything that is a futile attempt...all you write are sounds of poetic music, and this, is no exception. enjoyed |
