Lesson One Two Three

Thinking if she didn't
care for me it would
be better if she
didn't stay.

Thinking I was stronger
this time, it wouldn't
hurt as bad when
she went away.

Thoughts that love
and acceptance could
prepare me to
let her go.

Thoughts that I had
it all figured out
but there were some
things that I
didn't know.

Knowing the more you
care for someone
the more it hurts
when they're gone.

Knowing that pain
will torture you
every minute
you try to
hang on.
