God Made Easter

When love meant beauty
there was your heart
When love was happiness
that of you would never ever depart

Sure you had those hard times
the sad times, the ones not so good
Yet upon you feet, and beautifully attached
was your beauty, even in high heeled shoes

God gave you a heart, he give you strength
God moulded you, and guided your way
Just remember, each time you look
every time your green eyes of splendour see

To thank God, the thank him well
then reach inside and say, "God made me"
He made me for good, he made me a child
God made beauty and that in amour he styled
