Evasive Truth! Your stealthy flight Guide your indiscriminate wings - Will you alight on human plight And dethrone all the blinded kings? Then graze your talons on the lands And leave a mark, a sign, a trace; Paint onto the outstretched hands An ageless symbol of your grace. If that be all - it will suffice; As gleam of light undark mankind And spawn a lasting peace thus thrice: For the soul, the heart, and the mind. CG |
