One small gift in quiet night adorn this Christ-of-Child so humbly born In a very small stable in Bethlehem gathered in the reverent praise Him Heaven angels gathered neath a star gathered gentle shepherds from afar Mary and Joseph in the humble abide the Child in a manger by their side Joyous tidings rang cross the night in glowing beauty of powerful light Holy of the Holiest this dear Child sent from above with gentlest smile Happy Birthday dearest Jesus I pray for believers to gather on this day Merry Christmas, this truest reason to celebrate the come of the season Foreverly Yours Ink ~*Marge Tindal*~ 2006 ~*The sound of a kiss is not as strong as that of a cannon, but it's echo endures much longer*~ |
