Welcome

In circumspect, diminished light
Style forthright, as speech throws shadows
If love remains beyond our reach
In place sustains, desires flames

Elaborated tribulations flow blue
In hummingbird heart, fear’s stutter start
Paused at the threshold, draped efforts bold
Your hand to hold

Or left concealed behind the moon
Emotions for sleeves, this feeling breathes
The very love that fuels each movement fore
Hesitation at the door, anticipation to be more

Dawn casts away all doubt in gold
Predestined paths, we each shall hold the other
Opening the honesty and welcoming another
Home

The light is left deliberate to shine
Made mated souls, as you are mine
Without a doubt in passing time
The entrance keyed by heart
And guide us back
To welcome
