Broken Mind I try so to remember just how I felt before you decided I'm not needed that someone needs you more so here I sit without you our children by my side they have no understanding of things I can't confide mommy isn’t happy she wants to find her way with us or without us as long as it’s her day to get all that she's wanted to ease her broken mind to see just what can surface behind the broken lines sometimes it just takes foresight to understand the whys but in the end indifference is all that’s left behind so go and mend your fences the world is there to see but when you find direction my love still waits for thee |

I don't have the words (actually I do) and if I were inclined to share them they might sound like "She-does-not-deserve-you" um if I were inclined to speak my mind, that is... and smile? Kiss the kids twice for me, and Makayla? "don't chew on daddy's power cord" come see us soon, love. This made my arms ache. ("She" is always welcome too--because, um. she'll be back.) Much love to you. |
