Some Part of Her Heart

Some Part of Her Heart

If I could change someones heart, would I.
I wouldn't want anyone to forcibly change mine.
I can only accept that love can be blind.
There were times when I thought
my favorite color was red,
and than she came into sight,
with milky white skin
and flashed me a smile
of pearly white grin.
Only I can possibly know what I liked,
about her within her allure
while sharing moonbeams at night.
If I could it would always be her for sure.
Only she could choose to spend some of
her time with me, and for awhile I enjoyed
her ginger bread smile, until some part
of her heart got in our way.
Seems that part of her heart
had no intentions to stay.
In thoughts I have now
she still has the greatest smile.
