Dear Dr. Love,

.
I know this might
sound queer
But love is not
the worry here.
Still, I hope
that you can mend
This problem
that I send.
It seems my
stubborn muse
Does disobey me
and refuse
To offer words
of rhyme
Like she used to
all the time!
She's silent
and she pouts,
Fills my confidence
with doubts
That no poetry
will I compose
So what do you
suppose?
Maybe she's going
through a phase,
She often seems
as if in a daze.
Does she need
a costly drug?
Might she have
an unknown bug?
Doctor please rid me
of this plight,
I need my muse
So that I can write!
