Her Own Way True

Love has two stages,
like an actor combating a part.
Yet love has its blessings,
the path to holding in kind.

Not to compete, but to share,
not to run, but waltz in harmony.
This way of gathering, a kindness sought,
neither to fight or bicker, although not ruled out.

Love was truth, honour, hope, beauty,
but at other times a subject of doubt.
No one could take, however
love could be held or lost.

No body could regret such love,
the beauty of a man and two.
The woman in his arms,
the adoring soul she was,
in her own way true.

"Seeing ye have purified your souls in obeying the truth
through the Spirit unto unfeigned love of the brethren,
see that ye love one another with a pure heart fervently:"
