Love Made True

As my heart erupts,
my soul awaits.
For only tomorrow,
will be one day closer.

Another gentle step,
nearer to the beginning.
The day in triumph,
our eyes in sight
to connect for real.

Because only then,
will all doubt be set free.
A freedom, if only in a prayer
requested, of you and me

My heart awaits the day,
a time and moment never to mourn.
For there you will be, and I, both in two,
one and another, the birth of love made true.
