It was not like you granted me my wishes, Do you, I never asked for a single kiss; nor were I thinking about such hollowed ways-- Indeed I have followed unintelligibly parting with my heart—held within your hands, To the laughter—scarcely I have smiled-- but leave not that to such a mind I’m smiling within—glowing that tainted white. Ask me of heaven; dreams mounted on dreams, missing a sigh—bow to the strings of flight highest seems the unexplainable emotion-- but lowest seems this bond we held be it strange to say it’s the saddest, Withdrawn—but even in the missing pieces-- that least walked path seems more forgiving than the parting to another—envy did exist. Another said reversed; become content with what you have. I have done the heavenward prayer-- though sin was coursing through my veins failures’ seem to cling onto silver wings, That darkness—among the admiration-- fearfulness wakes in the depths hearing only thoughts of a time long ago. With all the sound now departing, are we still so weak. Our solace is, widowed— And I’m still down feeling the bluest of blues; Even if that means I’ve drowned. |

quote: I appreciate your ability to SEE beyond the appearances and I admire your talent for stringing your thoughts so beautifully together. ... I can hear the powerful splash of water bringing you back into the glory of a new day. Love, Margherita |
