Broken hearted in a day, a moment, a word, a suggestion;
Disconnection from a lover, a person, a dream, a future;
Heading somewhat distant, wandering two toed, nowhere.
The child desires surrender, a good cry, and affections that last forever.
Why can’t what’s worth finding be easily seen, pursued, and juxtaposed?
Two lives, few chances, so much time, failure copious, love nil… so far.

I am the two-toed wanderer
