5752 Tranquillity to Touch 20 October 2006 Where was love, if magic was the word. The kind of love in you and an eye, this love of gratitude and pleasing. An understanding, beyond a realm this sailing of vessels upon a blue sea. A heart a flutter, this touch of true blood those waters to peak, a smile to weep Sorrow and sadness, all made good, with the tranquillity of your touch in hands held. The feel of your embrace, the scent of your fragrance all aiding this mystery of perception. How I long for your love, a desire of our joining of two hearts. A unity upon a blacksmith’s anvil, forged by steel into one, for an eternity to pass. This great secret of our union, as to the sorcerers magic. The fragments between the beat and the rhythm of our hearts combined © 2006 Christopher W Herbert a poets who cares |
