what spirit may we see
close our eyes
open our hearts
prepare our ears
to hear the falsehoods
give strength to all concerns
hold my hands
over the Christ candle
to help me light the way
of the stranger
and to all those
in need
may a peaceful
shine throughout
the whole world
find the right spirit
that we may all see

i see what i write and write what i see
