Chime Of Every Twenty-four Just weeks from shirtsleeve sunshine, humid afternoons as wine A mixture of sandcastles and harsh blown rainy days The sky weeps, and I think of time as a white washed mime Cloudy gives way to clear, each leaf a general brigadier Color reaches peak, and falls to silence Where would I be, if there is an anywhere? In love with you Copyright Kkh 10/17/06 |
