Beside the road a rose of trouble, beneath the tree and sky. The thorn now only roadside rubble.... neither tree, nor sky, know why. |

Ramblin' Rose? Briars fallen by the wayside...like the bouquet of a runaway bride. Dusted. All sorts of images come to mind with this one. It makes me think of the blackberries around here that are sprayed by the highway dept. Sad and wasted. ~ Klassy |

This is quite sad. The frality of a rose and it's unknown beauty as it fades. Like a woman that deserves to be noticed, even with all her thorns. |
