From the depths of my sub conscience Raising heaven Raising faith Ridding me of the scars of disappointment And the tears that threaten to surface You echo From the depths of the pain And the years You tell me That I am beautiful Despite the shackles I threw upon my life You rid me of the poisonous lies That I allowed to be plunged deep within my veins You speak my name Ever so gently So softly As I lie awake Raising heaven Raising faith In myself… If at first you don't succeed destroy all the evidence that you tried. |

Isn't it wonderful when someone has that effect? This was beautiful (no pun intended). ~sky I hope someday you get the chance to live like you were dying.... |

I feel the vulnerability and the soft touch of an encompassing love in your words. Very easy for me to relate. ~ Klassy |
