Appreciation Of Fine Art

There has not, as of yet,
ever been a sunset
that has left me un-amazed-

and every sunrise
that has graced my eyes
is a new day that I have praised.

Oh the time in between,
so silent, serene,
the nights are sweetly glazed.

Dixie~

Love this - so true, but as usual you say it better than me!

Melissa~

Intellectually I know that Canada is no better than any other country. Emotionally I KNOW that Canada is the best country in the world!

I would love to start the day with Breakfast on the Eastern shore watching the Sun Rise, and then drive across to the gulf and later have supper in a little place I love on Santa Maria Island Watching the Sun Set.. I have done it but not on the same day! love this  poem, martyjo

Dear Dixie, this is wonderful in more than one way ... your appreciation of this kind of fine art, shows your fine heart.

You also made me think of "The little Prince" who never tired of watching the sunset.

Simply beautiful!
