When You Realized I Was Gone The moon screamed and blew the stars out when you realized I was gone, you cursed the benefit of the doubt you clung to as I moved on. I do recall watching you once staring blankly into the night, you couldn't find the words in months, and I couldn't offer light. I told you how the moon could scream though you never thought you'd hear or see a blackness, void of dream, you didn't watch me disappear. If you'd have listened long ago, this wouldn't have come as such a shock, and in the aftermath of the blow you found the words, but you cannot talk. |

The helplessness of love..perhaps there are occaisions when people 'genuinely' dont know what to do..to keep things alive...and to ensure that love flourishes..it is about temperament...and strength of character...a fine write...one i enjoyed reading..thank you... Goldenrose. |

I really like the words in the poem. I speak insanity. I write fantasy. I sleep reality. |

"you found the words, but you cannot talk" One way streets always dead-end at a cross-road. Love your poetry, but it's so sad. JL |
