Very true.....everything happens for a reason? Do you ever go back and think, "If I hadn't done [insert something from the past] then [insert the unanticipated yet pleasant result] wouldn't have happened?" When I was a freshman in high school, I learned in my religion class that God never allows anything bad to happen without bringing something good out of it. And God knows what He is doing.
