The Art of Change How a daisy becomes a rose Is a question of impose The constant of familiars wear And maturity of the share The give and take the wait and see The filling of the argosy The feeding of forgiveness food Dispelling of the brood and mood To brake the soil with patience rake For some this pill is hard to take Even tyrants turn in time And ask forgiveness for their crime We all must taste the bitter wed It is the substance of the bread It is the pathway to our goal It is the substance of our soul Without this love and Gods believe What good could come of Gods conceive? |

Lessons and more lessons, likes bits and pieces of a puzzle, we ponder and sometimes lose patience trying to fit the pieces together. Scatter the pieces, loose a few, and rue our own inadequacies envisioning the bigger picture. The truth is, we are the ones who chose to use a jig saw! ![]() You are making me think! ![]() ~ Klassy |

In total agreement, Sy.....for-giveness is one of the most important actions humans are capable of doing; not nearly addressed enough in poetry, either. Glad you did. Enjoyed this. *hugs*...jo |
