Stretching to comprehend death while grasping unplaited threads of life blowing in the wind, searching for a braid to call home, is like listening for sounds of music, alive without dimension, unheard, inchoate, wistful in imagination, intentions of creation unrealized wandering wastelands of unplayed emotion, past the curve of vision where awareness thins to memory just beyond the edge of silence. ©2006 by icebox . |

A good "deep" philsophical poem my friend. For what it's worth: I feel compelled to... pass along my Father's words here. "Don't worry about dying, you'll never live through it". Sais he: Thanks for a good write, Will |

*laugh* I never worry about dying. Dying is easy; it is living that is difficult. ![]() |

"intentions of creation unrealized" I think we would be surprised at how often this happens - our fault perhaps? I always enjoy your writing, icebox. Thank you! |

icebox....the imagery! "searching for a braid to call home, is like listening for sounds of music," and "just beyond the edge of silence" also the meaning "Stretching to comprehend death while grasping unplaited threads of life blowing in the wind," Most important to me lately....thank you for writing this. ![]() |
