I hear some white noise screaming It’s my guitar that wants me to play And when I turn it off the screaming goes away When my mind is thrown away I just want to play again Whether or not I’m grown or old enough To sing out my heart to them Virtues that bleed my vanes of cold And still I want them to be what is aspired to By who, by man or girl who seek an ever after To sit with all friends during ever such rapture I want death It is the fear, for all who don’t know fear And for some it is nothing but a continuing of life Then why don’t they wish for dying? Nihilist should be more for living lavish then for those who follow Follow the piper who’s playing for dreams Whom tells you his stories before you can sleep And gives you his notions of magic and twaddle Like water to wine drank straight from the bottle And walking on water or healing the blind A magical being no man here can find Terrible lives for Richards They’re spending their lives and not getting richer Walking a path that’s already been chosen for Like buying a life off of some rows in stores But why end there, forever in a jaded light and screaming For those who say they’re both living a dreaming And they’re so right they’re wrong They live in a life that shouldn’t be done And all that they have and all that they know Gone with the dust and gone with the flow When putting your trust into not letting go You’ve got to remember you wont live here forever So start putting down your glittering gold And kiss goodbye your spotlighted fame Just give it all up and start walking away |
