About This Angel

Sometimes she'd tell me to vacuum, and I would
tell her it was allright, and she would insist
and then the vacuum would pick up a pebble and
make that noise it makes and we'd both give
each other that look, like she knew right.

I remember her personality,
so full of life and energy.
Waking up in the morning
so ready to go, wanting to
vacuum and dust and clean
the dishes, having a wonderful
appetite, eating a big hot and
spicy noodle breakfast.

Beginning her workout with hand
weights, stretches and sit-ups.
With her washboard belly, you
could tell that she loved
to work out, and it rubbed off
on me, this bundle of energy.

Just of few of the good things
about this Angel.
