"Just the way you look tonight..." remembering when that meant something to someone and to me...when across the room I could feel that inward smile of outward approval. When just a whisper of possibilities would arouse and surround the senses and improve my vision for each new tomorrow. When the years in passing felt alive with hope and anticipation built on chances taken. I am whethering the days, watering the flowers yet to bloom, combining the right paths to a wholeness, a togetherness, even if alone. I will miss what I can never have, the hidden self, the all that you are, the see of blueness, the unconditional in... Life is a challenge, a state of mind in movement and when it doesn't conform to expectations... I need only reflect. I am whethering the days, watering the flowers yet to bloom, combining the right paths to a wholeness, a togetherness, even if alone. I will miss what I can never have, the hidden self, the all that you are, the see of blueness, the unconditional in... Life is a challenge, a state of mind in movement and when it doesn't conform to expectations... I need only reflect. and I will, as you said, wear your words for the duration of the day today... exceptional writing...enjoyed lastly, rendering me of That New York State of Mind...(wink) |
