5429 Some Kind of Monster 27 May 2006 Was he, some kind of monster that man she once loved For where was love now crying upon a raining day Alone with memories children born in older age Each outcome a reminder then those are not all sad The growth spirit, genes to match and she can never hide a father made So was he a monster, or did she make separation and divorce, with tatters inside Tomorrow being not yesterday but was love for life Some kind of monster and she was once his wife “We bury with many different emotions. Rarely with intimations of mortality. ‘Buried’ is the ultimate separation of them and us. As other's lives are often only dreams to us, so also others’ deaths.” Josephine Hart - “Sin” Born on 1942 and educated in Mullingar, Ireland, Josephine Hart is an acclaimed author of several novels, including the bestselling “Damage”, which sold over 1 million copies worldwide and was made into a movie directed by Louis Malle, starring Jeremy Irons and Juliette Binoche. The one was composed to the set topic of "some kind of monster". There was no rule given, except the words of the topic had to be included in the poem Thank you for dropping by (the) SEA a poet who cares |
