I fish for the words, those that stay below surface wanting their worth to be known. It's unconditional, the way that I feel when I struggle with being alone. But the days bring promise with pages to add, fragments to fill what had gone. The candles are lit causing shadows in motion as tomorrow begins to dawn. And memories are fading, those that brought sadness for I know she is watching below. I think of her often and wonder her thoughts of, if only she knew what I know... That I speak to her mornings and see her in someone who reminds me so much with their style. So I'll take that in "thought holds" for safe keeping in hard times especially when I need a smile.
