Come on girl, can't you give it a chance?
Can't you share anything more than passing glance?
'Cause girl, life's about that look in your eyes,
Not that same old look you give to all of the guys..
But then again, maybe life's about the romances,
Not just about these drawn out trances..?
All I know girl is that I can't let you pass me by
Come on, I saw that look in your eye,
Why is it that we all just keep sticking to our stances,
I mean, whats life without the unearned dances?
Why are we all so afraid to try,
Don't you know I'd hold you even when you cry?
