Inside the office, at the workdesk, idle screen and Conway's game of life, no mails; Manager in conference call with Japanese; "More evaluation required"-- he nervously repeats; The printer tirelessly runs, Someone's printing quite a lot; usually it doesn't run that long. My new monitor is a flat screen LCD, With an orange tag telling me, "Sunday April 14th, 1912, remember me"; My manager's manager sits straight to my left, His eyes hovering across the office floor, Like a lighthouse torch, But out of all this looking to the window, to the view outside, In the sky at noon, watching the moon hide, Stealing a glimpse from behind the clouds flowing by; Is like Her face or its reflection in still water, I cannot come near nor touch--forever I may try. |

I felt the longing and wistfulness of your words. Some very descriptive passages. i.e. ~ "But out of all this looking to the window, to the view outside, In the sky at noon, watching the moon hide, Giving you a warm, welcoming hug, Earth Angel |
