It's not always like this. The fight against an empty page...grasping for every falling word. Sometimes it simply happens. Something of me, though greater still, speaks in graceful whispers. In odd moments...when I put myself aside, I hear a holy voice. And I know, somehow, in some larger way...it's my voice as well. So I listen, I write. And sometimes...it's like that. |
