Unveil me, for I lie hidden upon the banks of tomorrow ~A nugget of Hope~ Dropped in turbid waters when love was lost, as a wounded heart sought naught but to mend itself, to stitch together golden threads of touch that might yet bind two hearts into one. But golden threads, much like nuggets, even as they shimmer are elusive at best when the eyes are overflowing in rivers of sorrow, spilling love's thoughts, carrying dreams downstream. Rest for a moment, re-focus. A nugget may yet lie in wait, beyond the rapids. |
