Prince Charming A different robe adorns The prince of my dreams, Whose happily-ever-after kiss, More venomous than the apple, Can’t awake me from my sleep, Because I refuse to let it. When the clock struck midnight, The glass slipper shattered Its splintered shards into my sole. My soul fared not much better. nice play on words, sole/soul and that robed character was not a terribly charming prince |
