5592 Wonder of Tomorrow 07 August 2006 Do we all feel the pain that others do not understand Those moments of lower grade where the gutter is a warmer place to be That hunger ripping a body limb from limb and just trying to raise our head up Only to find the view is a downward spiral While medication, or a crutch to hold does not always mask the limp hidden A silent etching, just scratching, digging tearing the heart away from soul Yet to be the victim, or a product stung as to the bee humming, and honey sour to taste Sure we feel the pain, our bodies consumed with guilt but what removes that wondering a wonder if tomorrow will get any better © 2006 Christopher W Herbert (a New Zealand Poet) a poet who cares |

Yes, we all feel that pain at least once, since everyone experiences different pains than everybody else. Kristabell "Use your imagination not to scare yourself to death but to inspire yourself to life." |

Wondering what lies beyond any difficult terrain I may come upon, keeps me wandering on in wonder! May all your roads be pleasant ones! Write on! Walk on! Loving Light, Linda |

while this poem was about a topic many experience, it was also an expression of feelings as many poems are. then that is hard to put into reassuring words, yet we usually do find a way to get by, even in trying times thanks for your kind comments a poet who cares |
