I’ve learnt like a seal to swim under sea and commune with the spirit of soul yet disaster befalls the creatures and me in the everyday rise to logical thought brutal and cruel in its need to be. Over there or here internally the gasp and splutter of one dismissed hits the spot of deep empathy and inveigles itself into consciousness like a new born adorable puppy. And I hold in my hands the feel of that undersea current of love not yet believed and forever unseen by the rocks of stubborn denial abiding within humanity. Out from the dive and rise, you see comes the twist of a skilled acrobat entertaining logic and emotional feel for forty-five minutes a set until the light dims on mortality. And the seal knows only of feel in the blue, blue, beautiful sea! Helen / 1 August 2006 |

Helen....takes me to yesterday's Los Angeles times and the photo of a mother seals bite on her baby...a result of toxic ocean. Such precious creatures and precious the ocean that is there home! |

Martie - what a sad story but, of course, it isn't a story. It's a very real portrayal of mankind's cruelty and ignorance that will see the demise of the innocent. Kate - thank you for journeying with me. |
