Two old friends Off on a weekend A chance to get away Leave behind all thoughts of duty No stress or bills to pay. Backpack up on Old Rag Mountain Nothing fancy, travel light Hoover brought a jug of moonshine Just in case a snake should bite. Garland pondered fast and hard on that which he should take. Ol' Hoover lugged the precious jug and Garland brought the snake. |

They sound like a couple of charmers! lol ~ but not as charming as the writer of this camping escapade. I must tellya, that if you took out the snake, the moonshine and those two rascallions ~ that camping trip is my kinda medicine for what ails me at this time. I LOVE hiking and camping! Enjoyed the read! Thanks! I needed that! XO Linda |
