Mommy Muys is doing well, still driving her car around She has been ill for quite a while, but now her spirit back she's found She will be ninety five next month We're throwing a party, nice but small Inviting her friends that are still around Maybe on your poetic art I'll call Last week blind Kyra almost drowned She'd fallen in our man's high well Henk jumped in and got her in time We heard because she screamed like hell Today we found her choking to death Raced to the vet so she wouldn't die Almost ran some tourists off the road no time to explain to them the why Appeared she probably was stung in her throat And she could hardly breath anymore They gave her shots to get the swelling down Cats have nine lifes, but Kyra has more And finally me, not doing that well My hips are letting me down rapidly Perhaps in Autumn I get new ones installed I hope in due time I'll be running again free They cause me a lot of pain sometimes it's bone to bone in the left one now I hate being restricted in movements you know but I'll manage and will get through somehow I did catch a salmon of respectable weight Nine pounds he was, four kilos in Dutch Almost as long as the footboard of my van And barbecued salmon I like very much I've a lot of photo exibitions this year Local ones but it's fun to do You can see them on the fotoclub site It's in Dutch, but here's the link for you http://www.fotoclubaxel.nl/index.php?option=com_gallery2&Itemid=3 Like scattered leaves...my words will flow |

One of these days I am coming over there and "knuffle" you all to death! Yes I am! I am due for a trip anyway, and can not think of a better place to go for tea. When is Muys birthday please, Titia? Thanks for the update, and you take care of you with those sore hips, but it is amazing what can be done now isn't it. If you get new ones you will ready for "baseball." |

Thanks all. Sharon, her birthday is August 24 and we have a small reception at August 26 on a Saturday. Would love to hug you too dear lady, but you're joking...right? If not than I'll stress right now, LOL because our house is a mess, no spare room at the moment and the guesthouse is far from ready, full of machinery and no shower or toilet yet). But if you insist I can find you a nice hotel or bed&breakfast nearby and I can show you Gent and Brugge and my beautiful low land. It's a long journey for a cup of tea and a hug my friend LOL Or you can hop over to England to say hello to Marsha Like scattered leaves...my words will flow |

Hey, Dutchie!! I THOUGHT I had seen a post of yours the other day but I lost it...glad to have dound it now. Thanks for the update. Mommy Muys continues to be an inspiration to us all....what a woman she is! I viewed your photos and you are as good as ever at capturing pure beauty in your stunning work. Sorry to hear about the hips but if it relieves the suffering you have gone through, it will be worth it. Ask the dodctors if I can have the old hips as souvenirs...I'll pay the postage! Titia, I'm glad Mike found this too... because like him, I saw it and then lost it and please, please let Mum know, that we would love another poem from her... and let yourself know, that I hope your hip will feel better soon... and did you say Salmon? May I bring my special sauce? YUM |

Titia, 1 Hug Mommy Muys on her Birthday from me please 2 Hug Kira from me and tell her to start acting her age! 3 Hug yourself from me, get those new hips and you'll see you will jump over your sheep again in the Spring. 4 Stop eating so much salmon! 5 Your photo shoot is excellent!
