Alone With You

Holds me close, to lithe in easing
Whisper to flesh, heartbeat to ear
Purest notes to laughter, soul and sphere
Fading my objection in a tear

The warmth of you settles silently
Muddled thought that pains so deep
Closer to curve inalienable sleep
Softly rinsing feral weep

Turning me sunny side
In your arms placed safe to hear
Holds me firm, your voice is clear
Let to my eyes in sighs so near

Tells more than this
About the touch we share
Overture consumes the air
Soothing far away with care

Knowing
Always to be there
