you make me miss boston and atlanta and other places where your rain is thick in navy blue when you play grown up make me and carry cry sounds in your shirt pocket with the buttons undone when you say of my hands that they are mean men punishing you with soft in helpless ways undressing the doors you had locked and you can't sleep now that the sound of metal unzips the morning at your trembling windows _________________ daark |
