mistress of a fawning wind
what strums thy whisper synodic
fair gossamer in gouache shimmer

who dares my hands to lift to hem
the sins of your panting revelry
or to bend your willows fallow

below the seam speak of horizons
that adulate the worsening fragility
and venerate a worshiper's lying sky

that wear the guyver's tongue
to puncture your solitary adornment
with gentle ends of sermon silver

serpentine in serrated meanderings

I love that serpentine imagery, the way your words wrapped themselves around me.
