i let the music control me
i sit here in this room
keyboard at my fingertips
typing away my life

who am i that i posess such pose
without even knowing who i really am
walkin with such confidence
head held high
i no your lookin as i walk by

call me conceided or what you may
confidence is always at stake
you on my left him on my right
break the mode to my heart
not one can pass the test

step up to the plate
do not dare try to understand me
for you will fail
i am this way because its my life
its my being its my breath

i move through the night like an owl
ready to attack its prey
i feast on your words
dare you to try to defeat me

i may touch you, hold you
never mistake it for love
for if im not chasing you dont
dare come for me
an where does it all take a fold?

i do not have the end of this poem
for til i surely find my way home
the end to this write has no goodnight
of my two an two years of life

i have come to no
one knows not of the road less traveled
less traveled a thousand times or more
to see for yourself who has traveled it
before you

I do not need shine or wealth, just a pen and some paper for my health
