Gentle smile from dewdrop lips,
crinkling rosy red.
Morning light reflects peace,
captured in your eyes.

Laughter in a new found day,
Reminds us of love boundless,
we hold in quiet wisdom,
nothing can contain it.

World ablaze with hidden dreams,
A bouquet to find and share,
each moment like the finest dish,
created just for us.

I found this precious jewel,
that sparkles every night.
A colorful movie for my soul,
ending perfect, because of you.

I like poetry that doesn't always rhyme or have a perfect cadence. It is the poetry of life, since life never has a perfect cadence either. I like this one, and can relate to the feelings weaving through the words
