Lost in perception, games over like a last minute interception Next second, i find a new inner~weapon, love for miss perfection So i come out of my dream world and find a new thing to live for HER she is perfect in every way and more, only one I truly adore Her lips taunt~me, beauty is haunting, i only needed one glance Picture perfect in my mind i can sit here as if i was in a trance And everytime i could find new romance, each time more enhanced I sit there stare right through her and get lost in my emotions Runnin throught the notions of love, trying to figure myself out How has love dissolved my mental state, sending me down a new route Giving me a new focus, i try to think but it’s useless, "Whos~this?" I say as i look into the mirror, but the response is always silence I imagine our wedding, doors open; I'm walking down the aisle~tense You walk in dressed in white, my body then enter a state of calmness Last time you shined like this you were wearing your first prom~dress I come to my senses and realize your gone but buried in my heart Starry nights you stand out still, number one on my star chart You left me delusional and when you left me i remained incompetent Since that day I've been weak and my heart you’ve been~stomping~it If you ever get lost like a light house my light is always shining Hoping you're just lost at sea, your route just needs some realigning When i think of love no words come up just your head tilted smiling I guess i should pack my bags and leave this lighthouse that’s wiling Doctors say your gone and now part of the earth, but I’m down to earth Even the newspapers had your picture on the same page as the new births I’m still sitting waiting, feeding off of memories to fiend off madness I still shine bright with a search light just as bright as my sadness |

Seems like a rap almost, though the poetic element is clausible the rhyme scheme is still too consistant for a poem, but to inconsistant for a rap so u have and inbetween poem, I still think it is nice however and that your ability to tell how u feel, rhyme, and still have the right words is commendable...so good job...elevation is key...
